Bespoke Business Wellbeing - Corporate Yoga & Meditation

We offer business wellbeing consulting services. Along with bespoke video, audio, and other resources in the form of classes, courses, and on-demand content. 

YOGA ASANA

Mindful, physical strengthening and stretching movements performed in time with deep breathing. No force, no comparison - just empowerment.

MINDFULNESS

Being less consumed by thoughts and feelings about the past and the future. Becoming fully aware of the present moment to notice subtleties.

PRAYANAYAMA

Breathing exercises designed for a variety of purposes. Such as detox, relaxation, and balance for the mind, body, and emotions. Useful when stressed or busy.

YOGA NIDRA

Guided 'deep sleep' meditation for healing, brain training, and stress-relief. Designed for calming the mind and relieving aches and tension the body.

MEDITATION

Peaceful contemplation and stillness - shifting focus away from external distraction to delve deeper into self-awareness, intuition, and purpose.

DIY SELF-CARE

Choose any combination of practices - doing self-care in your own way - and add others such as Mudra and Bandha, Detox, or Mindfulness In Nature.

Fancy taking back control of your organisation's wellbeing with simple, practical, and accessible classes, content, and courses that allow you to create exactly what you want and need? If so, our Bespoke Business Wellbeing options allow you to do just that! 

Whether it's classes you choose or on-demand, viewable any time courses and content - you'll get to choose what goes into your practice. Therefore, you needn't worry about leaving anyone out. Our services are designed to be inclusive - meaning, we are more than happy to accommodate both the 'weakest' and 'strongest' members of the team to ensure all bases are covered.

 

Additionally, all our classes, content, and courses are online. So, you needn't worry about booking a meeting room and hosting your session in person. In fact, with practices like Chair Yoga, you need never leave your desk!

Before we get started, we ask that you to fill in a short form at the time of booking, so that you can tell us what you do and don't want, to help us create a practice just for you.

 

To create your own Bespoke Business Wellbeing practice, simply tell us what you'd like to see in your class, content, or course by following our 6-step process below - and feel free to tell us about anything else you'd like to see or avoid by using the freestyle text boxes included within the booking form. Additionally, there'll be ongoing communication and updates with your instructor for continued engagement and motivation.
