If you're looking for a mindful self-care course that's tailored to suit your own goals, limitations, and needs, then we've got you! Our Build Your Own Self-Course helps you take your power back when it comes to health and wellbeing. Which means more empowment, more independence, and more purpose for you. With options to create a course filled with video classes, short practices, written information, and audio - plus, several options to choose from regarding goals, challenges, preffered practices, ability level, and more - you need never worry again, whether an exercise or practice is right for you. This course is uniquely yours, and yours alone. When booking your course, you will get the option to choose your preferred course length - either 4, 8, or 12 weeks. And, you will get the opportunity to choose from a multitude of tecniques and goals for practice - plus, you're absolutely welcome to bring your own. This course is online via the Meta Mind Muse website, where a private link for you to to gain access, will be sent by email 14 days after booking, to allow us to design, create, and upload content and structure. All videos will be available on-demand via online recorded video. And written resources, information, plus quizes (if you're down for that) are available via the course itself, in a structured yet free-flowing format which allows you to practice individual course steps and sections in any order. Tools / Equipment Required: - A computer, laptop, tablet, or phone with internet access - Yoga mat if practicing yoga asana (physical movements and stretching) - Steady, sturdy chair (for chair / seated yoga) - Props if using. Such as pillows, yoga blocks, bands, blankets, or anything else that will help you adapt your practice, and help you feel more comfortable and at ease To book a Build Your Own Self-Care Course, click the book now button, and choose your preferred course length to get started. After which, fill in your booking form to include your goals, and then sit back, relax, and wait for your own personalised course to arrive. Then, get stuck in! You can do this. Trust.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
All classes can be booked online through our website, via email, or by contacting the Meta Mind Muse Facebook page. Advance booking is recommended to secure your spot. Secure Payments can be made online via the Meta Mind Muse website, or via PayPal and bank transfer upon request. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time are subject to a £10 late cancellation fee. Students who arrive late may not be able to join the class. No-shows will not receive a refund. Transfers or rescheduling of classes are permitted before 24 hours of the class start time. Any requests made outside of this time will be subject to the above cancellation terms. If you have any questions or require further information, please contact us via the website contact form, by email, or through the Facebook messaging service. Individual Responsibility All participants agree to take full responsibility for their own health and wellbeing before, during, and after each class to include consulting with relevant healthcare professionals, informing the instructor of any known or potential health conditions, and listening to their own body and mind throughout. As with any physical, mental, or emotional exercise program, it is essential that individual care and responsibility be taken - noting that by agreeing to participate in a class, it may carry risk of injury due to the nature of the practice. By following the instructor's advice, I agree to work only within my own personal limitations - agreeing to adapt practices to suit, taking rest when required, and ceasing practice altogether if deemed unsuitable.
