Tailored online self-care class, delivered via Zoom for those who prefer to practice yoga and mindfulness techniques at home. Meaning, no long commutes - no pre-studio leggings squat tests - and no awkward small talk with strangers. Leading to more relaxation, more awareness of the body and mind - and more empowered, independent action for you! These classes are designed to nurture and embrace your own unique qualities. Therefore, rather than attempt to squeeze you into a catch-all box of pre-determined practices and solutions to any challenges you might face - we prefer to give you the control. Therefore, we have you tell us exactly what you do and don't want in your class - finding inspiration from the various techniques you can choose from, and the way in which you can set your own pace, style, complexity, plus the length of your practice (and more!). To Build Your Own Self-Care class: - Choose your preferred class duration (30, 60, or 90 minutes) - Pick a time & date that you would like to practice your class - Fill in the booking form to tell us your goals, challenges, & more - Make sure you have a laptop, tablet or TV with internet connection - Click the link that is sent to you via email to view the class - Simply turn up on the day & enjoy the benefits of practice!
